Real Madrid send a statement to the entire football clubs

Real Madrid has sent a warning to the entire football clubs in Europe and the World at large after their victory against Liverpool in the final of the Champions League.

The win is actually a statement to other clubs competing with them for any title, the way and manner Real Madrid has announced themselves back to European scene after a lengthy break from the big
stage since they won the title back in 2002 has been massive.

They have been able to drive theirself back to the position they belong to when it comes to European football.

Real Madrid has emerged as the best team in Europe in the last 10 years going by the titles won on the big stage, Los Blancos have previously dominated the Champions League in the 1950's and later in late 90's and early 2000 before they went 12 years without winning the Champions League.

 Real Madrid embark on the quest to win their 10th Champions League (La Decima) since 2002 after the finals against Bayern Leverkusen but failed more than 10 years despite heavy investment before they finally got it right under Carlo Ancelotti in 2014 and secured their 10th Champions League and that was the beginning of the beginning of domination on the big stage in European football.

The Los Blancos went on to lose a semi-final to Juventus in 2015 and saw them crashed out of the tournament and in 2016 they came on board again and won the title against Atletico Madrid in Lisbon and the following year they defended the title against another European elite team Juventus in Wales Cardiff before securing it for the third time in a roll against Liverpool in Kiev, Ukraine.

Real Madrid has really exacted a real dominance over European clubs in the Champions League after winning it for the third time and become the only team to win the Champions League back to back and three times in a roll.

 Real Madrid is better than any other team in Europe both from inception and in the last 10 years, Los Blancos have claimed the Champions League title for a record of 13 times and in the last 10 years, the Bernabeu outfit has claimed four Champions League titles in the last decade.

European major teams such as Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Manchester United have won it less than less than last Real Madrid, The German Champions have only won it just once, Manchester United won it once, it is only Barcelona that held the same number of wins against Real Madrid, The Camp Nou outfit has been able to match Real Madrid toe to toe in the last 10 years on European scene.

 However, Barcelona has been a better team than Real Madrid in the domestic scene in that they have claimed most of the La Liga trophies played, the Camp Nou outfit has won seven La Liga title since 2008.

Real Madrid's priority has been to win the Champions League and the domestic title does not seem to motivate though they won it along with the Champions League last season.

Barcelona still remain the dominant team in Spain but in Europe, Real Madrid is far better than the Catalonia based team who has five Champions League to their name.

They are the best in Europe at the moment but not the best in Spain in that they have only won one La Liga in six years as most of the domestic League titles are won by Barcelona but in Europe, Real Madrid is a different team entirely from what we know them to be in La Liga.

With the recent triumph, Real Madrid has entered the record book for dominating European football in a grand style under coach Zinedine Zidane.
